After less than 15 showings and just one month of searching, my clients found their home. And here is the part I love to talk about…

We were not the highest offer. In a multiple offer situation we won on terms, not price. My clients did not have to overextend, waive everything, or make sacrifices they were not comfortable with just to compete in this market. We came in with a contingent offer, stood firm on what worked for them, and the sellers chose us anyway.
