Just closed on this commercial property today‼️

$360,000 and perfect terms for my client.
Just two weeks to close this deal!
Includes an en-suite with its own entrance.
Will accommodate their business perfectly, everything complete with a week to spare. I’d say we did pretty well. 😎

Happy Monday!

Here are some things to think about when touring a Bathroom:

Is it large enough for you + possible family?
Is having a shower or bath most important to you?
Will the cabinet space be sufficient for your items?
Does the lay out make sense to how you operate daily?
Are multiple bathrooms a must?
Does the location work for your daily life?
