I wanted to send a quick shoutout to a terrific family I got to work with this summer. Mike and Rachael, got they keys to their first home last week! We experienced a few heartbreaks and setbacks through the process. We switched lenders, had a deal fall through post inspection, and several near misses. In the end, it was well worth it.

When we walked up to this house for the first showing, Rachael said "we're buying this house today," and she wasn't wrong!

Congratulations! I know that they are busy putting their personal touches on this beautiful home, in an incredible neighborhood.
