Sales are keeping pace with new inventory, giving us no net gain of homes on the market. Multiple offers, especially on homes that are turn-key, have become the norm across many areas and price points. We expect this trend will continue over the next few months as more buyers enter the market and inventory remains depressed.

More signs of the spring market as listings have increased as have sales. There was no net gain in inventory over the last week in the Grand Rapids area. Warmer weather will bring more new listings, but there appears to be plenty of buyer demand to absorb anything that hits the market. Overall inventory for the GR area sits at 1.4 months of supply.
