What’s happening in the Kent County housing market?

The latest August numbers show some notable changes compared with August 2025. Fewer homes came onto the market, while both pending and closed sales declined. At the same time, home prices continued to rise and inventory increased slightly, giving buyers a bit more choice.

Homes are still moving at a relatively quick pace, with an average of 17 days on the market.
