Across the GRAR MLS, new listings increased 9% compared to last July, while pending sales rose 5.5% giving buyers more options while desirable, well-priced homes continue to attract interest.

While West Michigan continues to show strength, Rick is also keeping a close eye on the broader economy as job growth slows, consumer spending softens, and inflation remains elevated.
