I am looking to carry on my mother's entrepreneurial spirit, I sat in her small travel agency office for years thinking about taking over the business someday! Well, I didn't get that far, but I have the same passion for helping others and providing a service that speaks for itself. Dylan and Ciarra I am so happy I was connected with you both and was able to be a part of this journey. Things hit a little different for these tried and true buyers! We landed a home AHEAD of the market going nuts but it did not end up being the best fit for them - so had to jump into the lane of "the market" as it was going 20MPH over normal.

After a few attempts of beating out other buyers...they trusted me...and we pivoted and sure enough had another home, under contract, UNDER list price!

Very excited to have been able to help these youngsters and happy they have their own home to continue building their lives together.

Some fun finds:

*the SMELL OF MOLD through that little window opening - strongest for me in over a decade I didn’t go in the home more than two steps!
*snake skin reminded me of country living as a kid

Fortunately no mold in the house our clients liked!

What better way to recognize Mother's Day than to share all aspects of my life with my amazing Mother and Real Estate partner. This started watching you work so hard behind the scenes running the Church offices (multiple of them over a few decades in the UP) all the way back to me as little kid in your Travel Agency.

It wasn't just the hard work, it was the constant meeting people where they were at in all situations. On the phone at home, back when it was long distance, fixing things on a group cruise or bus trip. Now you are doing it in Real Estate and the coolest thing is seeing people notice what I noticed years ago. I am so thankful for d**g this with you!
