Looking for a skilled carpenter to help wrap up a couple projects through the month of May. We will be building a small exterior deck, siding a garage, re-roofing, finishing a bathroom, drywall, LVP, Just about anything relevant to rehabbing an investment property. Pay 30 - 40 hr depending on experience.
Flexible hours. Guaranteed work through the month of May, likely continuing through the summer.

We are growing and ramping up for the Summer Season.
Hiring a skilled project lead ASAP.
You need to be able to do the following:
Siding, Windows, Decks, Roofing, Drywall, light framing, tile, landscaping, etc.
I will pay by the job, or the hour. I can guarantee a one year contract, but can turn into full time employment.
We don't do the same thing week to week, so you will always be challenged.
Having your own tools is preferred, but I can supply a job trailer and/or supplement tools.
The perfect candidate isn't too proud to labor some days, and perform skilled work others.
I can provide a work truck.
Must have a valid license.

You will never be doing the same thing too many days in a row, and will be a part of all phases of the renovation process. You will need to be comfortable working with the following:
Drywall, Painting, Framing, Trim carpentry, Tile, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Siding, windows, roofs, decks, light plumbing, light electrical.
The more proficient you are in the above skill sets, the higher the pay.
Flexible work schedule. Will start as a contract position, and will grow into a full time position for the right candidate.
