In this role, you’ll support Redwood’s Investor Relations team through a variety of responsibilities, including investor communications, onboarding and documentation, reporting, event coordination and day-to-day administrative support. Join us in congratulating Darren, Neighborhood Superintendent with Redwood Construction Company, as our October Redwood Rock Star!

Darren was recognized for Core Value #2: Be Entrepreneurial, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and finding better ways to work. He consistently brings forward thoughtful ideas to improve construction processes and operations, including a recent recommendation that helped enhance the TOK 5 application in Power Apps for the broader construction team.

Darren also recently achieved a major milestone by obtaining his first Certificate of Occupancy at Redwood New Haven, MI Phase 1 approximately six weeks ahead of schedule, while simultaneously training two Neighborhood Superintendents. His initiative, leadership and willingness to share ideas make a positive impact across Redwood.

As part of Redwood’s America250 celebration, employees were invited to share personal reflections on how America has influenced their lives, families and communities. From those who participated, three employees were selected to receive a special trip to Washington, D.C. — and Tina, Neighborhood Manager at Redwood Holland, was one of the winners!

For Tina, the trip was filled with firsts. She visited the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, enjoyed a meal at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and, perhaps most exciting of all, took her very first flight. ✈️

One of the most memorable parts of her experience was seeing people from so many different backgrounds come together and help one another. “It made me very proud to be there,” Tina shared.

We’re so glad Tina had the opportunity to experience Washington, D.C., make lasting memories and celebrate this milestone in such a special way. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Tina!

Redwood Perrysburg Lime City Road will introduce 219 thoughtfully designed apartment homes, an expanded mix of one-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, and the maintenance-free Redwood lifestyle.
