The market has been undeniably strong. The average home sales price in West Michigan has risen over 6% the last two months ALONE--from 248K to 264K. Typically, this would be a strong rate of increase for a calendar year. West Michigan, from GR to the Lakeshore, is a destination for many. It's been a strange few weeks for all of us. There aren't the right words to convey the rollercoaster of emotions we've felt as a nation as we fight an invisible, but all too real fight.

Life is full of ups and downs for certain, but it does not give us inordinate amounts of time. This unthinkable situation has given us a unique opportunity to reset, reorganize and prioritize what actually matters as we run this race.
