June Real Estate Market Stats. Greater Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo saw the year over year number of homes for sale decrease. And in Greater Grand Rapids, it was a big drop. But those markets saw only a very small increase year over year in the median sales price. While along the Lakeshore, it was a different story with double digits year over year increase in the median sales price for June.

Real Estate stats for April. The numbers vary by area for sure. In general the year over year numbers are up for average sales price. Grand Haven and Holland were the lowest growth with Holland having no growth.

The February Real Estate Market Stats. Really, the numbers vary between communities. In general in the areas that number of homes on the market (inventory) was less than year prior, the average sales price increased year over year. But greater GR didn't truly follow suit. Year over year, the inventory was down more than 30% but the average sales price only increased by just over 1%.
