March Real Estate stats! Typical Spring market. Average sales prices are up year over year except Muskegon area.

The February Real Estate Market Stats. Really, the numbers vary between communities. In general in the areas that number of homes on the market (inventory) was less than year prior, the average sales price increased year over year. But greater GR didn't truly follow suit. Year over year, the inventory was down more than 30% but the average sales price only increased by just over 1%.

October Market Stats in West Michigan. In general across the board, number of homes for sale is higher year over year. We certainly like that. The average sales price growth year or over varies widely across the different locations. And Grand Haven actually saw a decline.
