We’ve got a VERY proud mom on our team, and she’s taking over this closing post! 😂❤️ Normally we keep these short and sweet, but this story is worth the read!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Jadyn & Zac on purchasing their FIRST HOME as a married couple! 🔑

This closing was extra special because our very own Jacqueline had the honor of helping her daughter and new son-in-law buy their first home together!

These two have had quite the year! They celebrated a BEAUTIFUL wedding in June, have worked hard in their careers, saved their money, and made some impressive financial decisions for such a young couple. And now? THEY’RE HOMEOWNERS!

And this one happened FAST! Jadyn sent Jacqueline a property she absolutely loved. Within 24 hours, they were preapproved, had a showing scheduled, and an offer submitted. OFFER ACCEPTED THAT SAME DAY! Inspections went smoothly, and Jacqueline even negotiated a few seller concessions. Talk about making moves! 👏

They landed an AWESOME property on the peninsula of Duck Lake! Zac’s an avid duck hunter, Jadyn loves cozy nights at home, and together they’re building an amazing life!

But this is where it gets emotional. ❤️ We see Jacqueline work tirelessly for her clients every day, but helping her own daughter and son-in-law was something really special. As a mom, she’s watched Jadyn grow into the hardworking, wonderful young woman she is today, and now she gets to see her take another HUGE step into her future.

Because sometimes real estate is about so much more than contracts and closing tables. Sometimes it’s about watching the people you love most build the life you’ve always hoped for.

🏡✨ SOLD & CLOSED! A New Chapter for Judy! ❤️

After years of working together, I am SO excited to celebrate Judy finding the perfect place to call home! 🏡

Judy is trading in lakefront living for a little less maintenance and a lot more freedom! As a snowbird, she was ready for a home that would allow her to spend more time enjoying life and less time worrying about upkeep.

Judy is truly one of the loveliest humans, and it has been such a pleasure getting to know her and helping her navigate this journey over the last few years. Finding the right fit was worth the wait!
