Most buyers start with a pretty specific list of what they want, but once we start looking at homes, those priorities usually become a lot clearer.

Maybe you give up the updated kitchen for the better location. Maybe you take a smaller yard to get the extra bedroom. The goal isn’t necessarily finding the “perfect” house. It’s figuring out what matters most to you and finding the house that gets those things right.

When I’m walking through a house with buyers, we’re usually looking at two different things. 😂

You’re picturing your furniture in the living room and checking out the kitchen. I’m looking for water stains, checking the age of the mechanicals, looking at the windows, drainage, roof, and all the things that could cost you money later.

It doesn’t mean every little issue is a reason to walk away. It’s about knowing what you’re buying and making a smart decision.
