The first time, last fall they bought a home here in West Michigan so they could be closer to family… and now today we officially closed on the sale of their home on the east side of Michigan.

Persistence pays off! 🏡

After losing out on a few homes because of competition, my first-time home buyers kept trusting the process, stayed patient, and we kept working hard until we found the right one. This time, we came out on top and won!

We definitely had a few road blocks along the way, but everyone stayed patient, kept working together, and the sellers were willing to work with us to help make this dream happen.
