🚗 Try out the Autonomous Vehicle (AVGR) project's new on-demand service! Rides are free, available Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pm, and cover 4.21 square miles across downtown and the westside.

Start riding today, download the May Mobility mobile app available for both Android and iOS devices. With the app, you can call a Lexus RX 450h shuttle and head to the nearest pickup location. It'll drop you off at the stop closest to your point of interest. You can also call a wheelchair-accessible shuttle!

Questions about the current real estate market? Here's a quick comparison of February 2020 and February 2021. Average SALES PRICE has INCREASED 13% (genrerally around 3% a year). Our inventory of homes is half what it was a year ago - and days on the market is half what it was a year ago.
