Well I just reached my 5th year anniversary in real estate and 4th with Key Realty and it was another record year! Every year I have been fortunate enough to finish among the top 10% of Realtors, but this past year I finished among the top 2% in volume sold out of over 2,000 Realtors in the Grand Rapids area with nearly $10 million sold. While the pandemic and extremely low inventory has presented some challenges, we navigated through and found that the real estate market is as strong as ever! Of course, my success is thanks to you! My family, friends and loyal clients who have continued to support and trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Thank you for allowing me to be a partner in helping you achieve your dreams and goals in home ownership! I am truly honored! I know many of you are dotted throughout the state and it's because of your support and trust that I am willing to help almost anywhere. I've helped buy and sell properties on the Michigan/Indiana state line to north of Traverse City and from the Lake Michigan coast to the thumb and many places in between, from vacant lots with dreams to build, to luxurious million dollar lake front homes, all within the last year! And it's because of you that I keep doing what I do and love doing it!
