If I could do one thing for the rest of my career, it would be to continue helping my friends buy and sell real estate.

Michael & Elizabeth are some of my closest friends, so when I got the call asking to help them list their condo and purchase a new home, I became excited beyond belief.

For those who may not know, making a contingent offer on a house during the sale of a primary residence, is one of the hardest deals to make, but we had a smooth process from start to finish, they found a new home that they love, and have since closed on both!

Thank you for trusting me to get both of these deals done. The highest compliment I can receive is getting the chance to work for my friends. It’s been a difficult month, and this was a glimmer of sunlight amidst the storm.
