"Fit-Out" definition: The final interior decorating and furnishing of an office after signing a lease. In many cases an entire office including furniture is gutted and re-carpeted, painted and then refurnished, this sends much to the land fill. We have been "owning our own fit-out" since the 90's which was way before it was cool. Sending items to the landfill has been our bane for years.
