Intercom entrance units start at $663 while private entrance units available with washer and dryer hookups in the apartment start at $698. All apartments are also ground level with no neighbors above or below you! We are also currently running a special, that if you are fully approved and move in within the month of March you will be receiving a Fresh Thyme Farmers Market Grand Rapids $50 gift card!
