I completed my third full year of real estate this year - met so many new faces, spent a great deal of time giving to my community with both my energy and portions of my earnings, grew in my career, and made really wonderful memories with my loved ones 🤎

I assisted 26 buyers and sellers, 10 of whom were first time home owners, 12 that WON with insane bidding wars, and 10 clients who parted ways with a home, nearly $8 million in volume once again! all because of YOU and your support.

2023 will be a very exciting year, I am positive of that. I will continue to strive for a service that is customized, educational, and personalized to needs of every individual I embark on a home journey with!

2 - you can comfortably afford a home in your desired neighborhood with features that meet your needs and desires 🔑

3 - you are financially prepared with job security, a good credit score, manageable debt, and a plan for the down payment

4 - you have the time and energy to begin looking at homes!

I have never taken too much time to post about what I have sold, but getting an offer accepted in this market is truly like winning the lottery.

my childhood friend + his fiancée won this home in a multiple offer situation, they were not the highest offer, AND they were able to utilize his VA loan, a huge win 🇺🇸

their friends said they would not be able to get a home in this market, but after only two offers in the exact area they strived for, they are able to move in before their lease is up!

they were aggressive, but they trusted my guidance with their offers, + chose a highly reputable lender to represent them 🏠

sold! my dear friend closed on his home this past week. this was not his first home, he has bought several throughout his life, but he has never had the opportunity to utilize his VA loan 🇺🇸

lenders + agents in the past had always told him the VA loan was harder, not the best option, all of the usual myths, but this time around we were determined to use it in an incredibly hard market. he not only won in a multiple offer situation, but we beat out conventional offers, + got to the closing table in three weeks time.

who you hire matters, whether that is an agent, the lender, title, we are the ADVOCATE for you as a buyer.
