A little about Chuck..
Chuck grew up in a large family on the East side of the state, eventually planting his roots in West Michigan. He has been happy to call it home for over 30 years. Living in numerous areas over this time, Chuck has become quite familiar with greater Grand Rapids, as well as the Lakeshore communities – personally buying/selling, flipping houses, and purchasing investment properties.
Family relationships and quality time together is important to Chuck. So, in 2018, Chuck and his partner, Amy, relocated to Rockford to accommodate their blended family of 4 kids—all on track to reach 6’ tall. With enough room to grow and welcome friends and extended family, together they enjoy local bike trails, kayaking and tubing on the Rogue River, and snowmobiling. Now living in the area, Chuck was thrilled to join the Greenridge Summit office to pursue real estate full time and become a member of their dynamic team of professionals.
Outside of real estate, Chuck is an active member in the community. He has enjoyed many years of sports officiating, and volunteer youth sports coaching. Most recently, Chuck serves as Vice President of Membership for the Lunch Bunch local chapter of Toastmasters International; as a graduate assistant instructor for the Dale Carnegie course; as a youth mentor for Northview Public Schools; participates as Vice President for his Homeowners Association; and supports fundraising events for local non-profits as a volunteer host.
With extensive background in management, mentoring and coaching, Chuck Fisher has learned how to build lasting relationships—and that has become the pillar of his business model. He views the client/realtor relationship as a lifelong commitment and seeks to support clients to create positive experiences in real estate, making solid investments today that will set them up for future success and enjoyment.
