"Traveling with my family through Michigan. My van broke down. Had to start calling shops to get it fixed. Nobody could help but Andy (sales) and Chad (service) made it happen. With their help I was able to get my van fixed and back on the road home avoiding extra rental expenses and additional overnight hotel expenses, not to mention the immense hassle and stress that would have ensued had they not taken care of me. Chad was very good communicating with me via phone and text. They earned 5 stars and they were thorough and showed great customer service and great expertise."
