What can buyers do as mortgage rates top 7%? MNR President Wendy Uzelac joined Fox 9 on the “All Day Live” program hosted by Rob Olson FOX 9 KMSP to answer that question and offer her perspective on the Minnesota housing market last week.

“There are always opportunities in any real estate market. Right now, with rates ticking up...that gives buyers more opportunity when making offers on homes. There’s less competition,” Wendy said. “We’re actually at a seven-year high for inventory at the moment, that’s also creating more opportunity.”
