A well-lit home changes everything—but who handles a burnt-out bulb?
To keep your space running smoothly (and safely!), here is our "Light Bulb Logic" guide.
You’ve got this (Resident Responsibility):
Standard Fixtures: If you can reach the bulb safely from the floor or a small step stool, it’s a standard maintenance item.
Easy Access: Most lamps, bedside fixtures, and standard ceiling lights use common bulbs that are easy to pick up at any local shop.
We’re on it (Management Responsibility):
Specialized LEDs: If your unit has specialized integrated LED fixtures or unique designer lighting that isn't a standard screw-in bulb, reach out to our team. We have the specific hardware to keep those unique features working perfectly.
Electrical Issues: If a light isn't working even after a bulb change, or if you notice flickering or sparks, please submit a maintenance request immediately.
