CAR provides its members with a sophisticated, multiple-listing service (MLS) of over 7,000 available listings including commercial, industrial, office, retail, vacant land, investment real estate, build-to-suit and business opportunities. CAR membership currently covers an eight-county region in West Michigan (Calhoun, Ingham, Ionia, Kalamazoo, Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, and Van Buren) and continues
to expand. The Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® exists to maintain and enforce the Code of Ethics, to provide its members with state-of-the-art programs, products, and services that are more affordable and accessible collectively than individually, to advocate a high standard of education and professionalism, to influence public policy and political affairs which promote and protect private property rights, to enhance the public image of the REALTOR® member, and to act as a contributing member of the National and state Associations of REALTORS®.
