Between the new Ada Village, parks, restaurants, and housing market, there’s a lot going on in this little corner of West Michigan.

A lot of people spend way too much money getting their house ready to sell.

You don’t need to renovate everything just because you’re putting your house on the market. Some of those projects won’t even get you your money back.

I’d rather see someone focus on the little things first. Clean up the landscaping, get rid of clutter, touch up the paint, and fix the things you’ve been putting off.

Those small changes can make a big difference in how buyers see your home, and sometimes that’s all you really need to do before listing.
