This closing deserves a little victory story!

What looked like a pretty straightforward sale turned into agents and appraisers disputing over whether the home was a modular or a manufactured doublewide (it IS a *MODULAR* btw☑️), very serious seller logistical issues, appraisal reconsiderations, and even a rough well inspection near the finish line.

There were honestly several moments this deal could have fallen apart, but we kept working through each hurdle one at a time and made it to the closing table. 🏁

Very grateful to clients who trusted me through it all, and I am so excited for both the buyers and sellers!

So many great homes have hit the market this week- reach out for a showing if something strikes your eye!

Here is my pick for the day and why:

#1 - it is a walk-out, ranch.
#2 - location - honestly living in the area my whole life, I did not know where James st. in Dorr was- its nestled off of 137th between Sandy Pines golf course and 30th 🤩
#3 - my actual favorite color is the orange in in one of the bedrooms 🫣
