We utilize knowledgeable and experienced staff (including Certified Residential Appraisers) to perform appraisal management services including appraisal review and alternative valuation products. We coordinate the assigning, scheduling, communication, and receiving of each appraisal request. We select experienced appraisers based on the quality of the collateral assessment. Our goal is to provide a satisfactory delivery of a credible valuation product, emphasizing compliance and timeliness.

FANNIE MAE APPRAISER UPDATE:
On September 2, Fannie Mae announced one clarification and two updates to the Selling Guide on appraising properties with Accessory Dwelling Units (B4-1.3-05, Improvements Section of the Appraisal Report and B2-3-04, Special Property Eligibility Considerations ). Check out the updated Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) sections for more specific information concerning ADU property eligibility, ADU definition, new policy allowing the use of a multi-width Manufactured Home as an ADU, and a simplified comparable sales process.
