B.J. Hansen Broker - Edge of the Wilderness Lakes & Homes Realty

B.J. Hansen Broker - Edge of the Wilderness Lakes & Homes Realty I am a Real Estate Broker who works with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial. I knew there was a better way to practice real estate.

When I started as an agent in 2006, I decided I wanted to do real estate in a more caring, exciting way, to show the passion I have for helping people through the often confusing realities of real estate. It all starts with outstanding customer service. When you walk into my office, I notice you. I listen to you and strive to understand your needs and wants. Beyond listener, I'm an anticipator. I always keep my eye on the prize, constantly looking out for your best interests. I'm on time, on point, 24/7 on the job, and I always call you back. My end goal is to satisfy your every wish when it comes to finding your next property. I take great pleasure from getting to know you on a personal level so that I can introduce you to people, neighborhoods, natural wonders and events that I know will mean something to you. A good Broker/Agent covers the bases. I can handle any unexpected glitch in the path, whether you're looking for a simple cabin or a large commercial property. I understand that investment in real estate is often the biggest purchase you will ever make, and I work hard to protect you and coach you through the entire process. My goal is to make the buying or selling process as satisfying and pleasurable as the end goal itself.

Last year, we cozied up to Buffalo Plaid Coffee Company at the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market, serving their coffee and featuring a different roast each week. Now, they are part of our ice cream team as the new supplier of a dark roast espresso for our coffee-inspired ice cream flavors. We love this roast so much, we created a new flavor to show off these intensely robust beans and, of course, we freckled it!

Welcome aboard Matt and team at Buffalo Plaid Coffee Company!
