Last year, we cozied up to Buffalo Plaid Coffee Company at the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market, serving their coffee and featuring a different roast each week. Now, they are part of our ice cream team as the new supplier of a dark roast espresso for our coffee-inspired ice cream flavors. We love this roast so much, we created a new flavor to show off these intensely robust beans and, of course, we freckled it!
