Recently we have received several calls from angry Kansas City residents who have had their vehicles towed believing that it was our company responsible. After some research, it has been discovered that a company named Autobot, is towing vehicles for a company named Mokan Property Services LLC.

Our company is Mokan Property Management, and we manage rental homes in the greater Kansas City area. We do not own or manage any parking lots. We do not have, or are associated with a towing company.

We definitely understand the frustration with those who have had experiences with this situation, but we ask that you please understand that we are not the company responsible and are unable to help you resolve the situation in any way.

Good Morning Mokan Family!

We all go through different levels of success and contentment through our lives. Sometimes we may feel stuck or like we are not satisfied with our current place in our own lives, but these are only temporary stages. This quote by a highly successful man, is a great reminder that our lives are much more enjoyable when we follow our bliss.

At some point in our lives we all have to dedicate and challenge ourselves with work. Why not do something you love?

Here at Mokan we love what we do. We love helping our owners feel safe and secure knowing that their investments are looked after. We love helping people find new homes. Good Monday Afternoon from Mokan!
We have a beautiful spring like week ahead of us, and even some spring showers and thunderstorms forecast by the end of the week. We have already started to notice a few flowers popping up here and there and some trees getting little touches of green.

Starting off our week with a reminder to be kind, especially to yourself. Sometimes we all need a little grace when it comes to how hard we can be on ourselves. Good Monday Morning!

Today is Presidents Day! This holiday usually doesn't get the glory of many others, but it is a holiday none the less. This day was originally created to celebrate just one man, George Washington. Later on in 1968 is was signed into law by none other than Lyndon B. Johnson, to celebrate all of our presidents. We have had some great men lead this country in the years since this great land was founded, and hope to see many more.

Today is Valentines Day, and the Kansas City Chiefs Victory Parade! Lots of RED everywhere today!

For Valentines Day we would like to remind you to let those you love, know it. Not just your sweetheart. Give Mimi a hug, squeeze and kiss your babies, let dad know he is your hero, and tell your friends how much they mean to you. Celebrating love and those who are close to us can happen anytime, but it's literally got its own day. Today!

Today is also going to be a busy day for most around here, and for many, the Chief's Parade is a "get out of school/work day", a local holiday. Be safe out there.
