Good morning!!
Don't be a seller and a victim of a "discount broker"! Those that claim the will list for house for way under the market average or percentage will only do for you the very minimal. They just stick a sign in the yard and hope somebody sees it.
Do your homework and interview several Realtors to get the most bang for your buck when listing your home for sale! If you need answers, or if it can help- feel free to reach out!
