This one came together beautifully, my favorite part about this job is it was completed in just under 60 hours, that’s pretty dang quick!

Got lucky with the homeowners again, supper nice, even gave me so@e fresh vegetables from their garden.

Finished a little early than expected, have a few small finishing touches to complete but wanted to share some before and afters 🏚➡️🏠

On this bathroom we actually reclaimed a portion of the tub and a hallway linen closet to create a washer/ dryer room on the first floor. With the remaining space, about 42” down from the original 80” we installed a stand in shower. New floors, toilet, cabinets, vanity and quarts countertop completes this remodel, for a job well done 👍

I’ll be cleaning and packing up tomorrow, take a few days off for the holidays and back at it Monday in Olathe. Thanks for checking it out 😊

Little sneak peek at the latest remodel, actually working on a full bath, laundry room and this master bathroom.

For the master bathroom the client got a lipstick 💄 remodel, new flooring was installed right over the existing, new vanity/countertop and paint. Very affordable 💲and can been done in a couple days.

They’re main bathroom was a total remodel and is going to be GORGEOUS! Shooting for Wednesday to be completed so stay tuned for the results 😁

Out with the old, in with the new, the yellow tile saw treated me well for many years but it’s time to upgrade to a new, more professional unit.

After a lot of debate I decided to go with the brand from for three reasons; it’s American made, lightweight ( less than 50lb ) and has a lifetime warranty

I’m excited to use it on our current project! 🍀🇺🇸💙

Working on a nice Backsplash, countertop and flooring refresher for this home, it’s nice we were able to go in over the old laminate, saving time and money for the customer.

The last two photos are finishing up an older project that we were waiting on cabinets fixtures and appliances. Everything thing seems to take longer to get these days.
