Just so everyone knows there is nothing wrong with forming a grassroots outreach to bring Trader Joes somewhere to the Greater Wyoming, Grandville, Byron Center, Jenison, Hudsonville Area(s)
They've been doing the same thing in Holland and have even suggested 4 different sites in Holland the same way we can show them 4 sites in our area, but in the end our site is the best as it is closest to Costco and on Wilson Avenue, that has had 153,300,000 That's One Hundred and Fifty Three Million cars preday drive along their land with 11 houses on it.
A this entire 70,000sf max Neightborhood shopping Center is by far will draw in 7700 trips into its center per day. The point we are makin is that the Trader Joes will increase the Entire Shopping center will pull in but 2-3000 new trips per days, as 5000 of those daily trips have already been driving by there every day to go elsewhere to this location only 2-3000 more trips per day than is there already right now BEFORE this new center gets built and opens.
