I do video tours often for my out of state/town clients.

- I do a 360 degree video at the end of the driveway. Sometimes, that video alone save my clients a trip.
- I will open windows do a separate vidoe of the exterior of the house and yard.
- While doing the video of the yard, I will let you know if I see any issues with drainage and sloping. In the basement, zoom in on walls, floor edges, ceilings, and any dehumidifier.
- I will give you a detailed video of all the nooks and crannies. My videos aren't exciting, but they are thorough enough to help you decide if you should make the drive or flight
- I offer to do separate videos of the lakeshore, downtown are or anything else that interests my clients.
