I have been happily married for 12 years to my high school sweetheart and have 3 amazing step-children. I had thought about getting into real estate for quite some time. The opportunity came after having a liver transplant in December 2012.(I had health problems since I was a teenager) I was recovering from the transplant and trying to figure out what I would do after so many years of being limited in being able to work. My wife encouraged me to go after my dream of being a realtor, and I haven't looked back since. I am blessed that this isn't just something that I do for income. I truly love being a realtor and I hope it shows in how I take care my clients. :)

It was a good day! James closed on his first home today! It took us five offers, but we finally got it done! James was great He looked at all of the listings as I sent them to him. He was ready to look at houses on his work breaks, evenings and on weekends. I know there was some frustration, but he didn't give up, and he worked with a realtor who will always write the offer.
