A VERY SPECIAL APRIL 1ST ANNOUNCEMENT: It’s not every day you get news that changes everything. We are incredibly proud to announce that after a lengthy, nationwide search, our founder, Bob Snowden, has been officially cast as the lead in the new live-action Hollywood blockbuster, "Bob the Builder™: The Movie." 🎬

The producers said they were looking for someone with "unparalleled authenticity and real-world grit," and Bob's screen test was apparently "a masterclass in hammering."

Bob was quoted as saying, "It's a huge honor. I've been building my whole life, so I figure I've been preparing for this role since I was a kid. I did have a few notes on the script's foundation specs, but we'll get it sorted in pre-production."

Filming begins this summer. All projects will be put on hold until after the film's release. We are so proud of our new movie star! 🤩.......... just kidding, April fools! 😂

Maybe one day Bob will be discovered for this role, but that day is not today.

Thanks US LBM and Zeeland Lumber and Supply Co. for hosting the Builder Summit event last week — it was an excellent event all around. But must admit it was a perfect way to end the evening when Stephanie won the big raffle prize!! Safe to say she was pretty excited to go pick up her new 70” TV this afternoon 👏🏼✨

A huge shout out and thank you to Ann and her Consumers Credit Union team for the kind gift they dropped off to congratulate Stephanie for being named a 2026 Brilliance Awards finalist for Brilliant Mentor category!!

UPDATE: have to add Nothing Bundt Cakes as well! Later in the day we also received a visitor from our local Nothing Bundt Cakes with another delicious gift and sweet card!! So thoughtful - thank you!!😍🧁

We hadn’t announced the news about the Brilliance Award finalist so the fact they noticed it and went out of their way to acknowledge the achievement and make us, and her, feel special was such a kind gesture and very much appreciated!! ☺️

She and Bob will head to Orlando next week for the The International Builders' Show (IBS) 🛬, where regional winners will be announced Monday evening at the YP awards ceremony.
