A little welcome home for a new lakeshore resident for when they arrive at their new home!

Had to share some vegan goodies from a neighborhood fave, The Coffee Factory, where I'm sure we will be meeting for coffees in the near future.

Welcome home, Deborah and Oscar!

Well this is a nice "welcome to the neighborhood" idea... nice work, Muskegon Town Hall! And thank you, local businesses for participating in this. How awesome!

The first "housewarming/ meet your neighbors" party, thrown by our team at West Michigan Properties and Lovethelakeshore -Jennifer Scott, Realtor, Keller Williams Realty , for one of our buyers!
We are going to be starting to throw these for our buyers after they get settled in their new homes, as a "thank you", and to help our clients meet their neighbors. Because meeting neighbors doesn't happen like it should anymore, and it is such an important part of feeling like you are "at home" and a part of your new community ❤️

A huge thank you to L'Soul Filled at Soul Filled Catering & Private Chef Services for creating this beautiful grazing table for our party!

Looking to buy or sell? We would love to help!

They have a laundry chute system that sucks up your laundry and shoots it out in your laundry room, even if it's not a basement laundry room!
Check this out!

The Laundry Jet is the first vacuum powered laundry chute that transports laundry from any room with ports installed, to the laundry room.

A huge CONGRATS to one buyer for their accepted offer this afternoon on a gorgeous Byron Center home in Cook's Crossing... and we got an appraisal waiver!

And another huge CONGRATS to another set of buyers on the acceptance this evening of their offer on an adorable home in Holland, right off of Lakeshore Drive! They are going to love having beers in that back yard, overlooking wooded dunes!

Thank you to Bud Pugh and Chris Alicki at West Michigan Mortgage ... the listing agent on one of these was floored by the rate my VA buyer is going to get!

Not a bad Monday!

Now just need to get this next one to make this a million dollar week!
