Another closing in the books and a great reminder that who you work with matters.

My buyer client had his heart set on a condo and needed conventional financing. Unfortunately, the credit unions he spoke with would only approve him for FHA, and it was looking like he might have to wait upwards of a year before qualifying for conventional through them.

That is when I decided to call Scot Veneklase at Treadstone.

Scot took one look at my client’s unique situation and said, “We got this.” Within a few short days, we had a conventional pre-approval in place, and we were able to move forward with confidence.
