Vacancy certainly deserves attention. But it doesn't automatically mean a property should be crossed off your list.

We’re almost entering the final quarter of 2026.

That sentence either made you feel motivated… or made you wonder where the year went. 😅

Either way, now is a good time to look at what you wanted to accomplish this year.
For investors, that might mean another acquisition.
For an owner, it might mean finally selling a property.
For a business, it could mean preparing for a 2027 expansion.
