Kyra was very professional from the start. She explained everything I needed to know to get started. She was knowledgeable about helping me fill out all the paperwork. She did her work on finding the comps in the area. She made suggestions on how to better show my house. She paid for the pictures for Zillow and other social media. She then held an open house a couple weeks after listing the property. She advertised my house frequently on Facebook. Kyra genuinely cares for her clients. She was successful in completing the sale of my home, very close to my original asking price. I would recommend her to anyone.
