This beautiful duplex on 3 acres in Middleton is officially closed! What makes this one especially meaningful to me is the relationship behind it. I first met these wonderful sellers 5–6 years ago while we were out looking at homes together, and over the years they’ve truly become like family to me. When it came time to sell, they called me, and I’m so thankful they trusted me to help guide them through the process. ❤️

This sale took a little extra time as we waited for the perfect buyer — and I truly believe the right person came along. The buyer is an absolute sweetheart, and I couldn’t be happier for everyone involved. Wishing both the sellers and buyer all the very best in this next chapter!
