Two weeks left to register for the February Pre-License Course! $100 down to pick up your books and reserve your spot! Total course is $500. Payments can be made over a 5 week period. Thinking about a Real Estate License? We are signing up now for classes. I will post some of the most common questions:

Question #1 - How much does it cost? The class including the books is $500.00. You must pass a State Test after passing the class it is $56, you have 4 attempts to pass it.

Question #2 - What other fees are involved? After passing your test you must affiliate with a sponsoring broker. Most of which belong to a board of realtors. It does cost to join the board and purchase your EKEY. You should plan on investing an additional $1500 - $2000 after paying for class. Keep in mind this is all AFTER you complete the course, pass the test and affiliate with a broker.

Question #3 - Are Real Estate Companies looking for new agents. While we can never "GUARANTEE" anyone a position, most brokerages are looking for new agents. Once you pass your test, almost all brokerages would like to talk with you.
