This townhome was giving effortless coastal luxury from the moment we walked in — airy spaces, oversized windows, and light pouring into every room. We leaned into that relaxed beachy feel with soft blues, muted greens, warm neutrals, blush tones, and layered textures to create spaces that feel both elevated and inviting. The kind of home that instantly makes you exhale a little deeper 🌊✨

Staging this Grant Park Victorian felt like stepping into a piece of history, and our goal was to honor every bit of its character while making each space feel livable, warm, and inviting. This home already told a story, we just layered in the finishing touches.

We leaned into the drama of the moody chocolate brown dining room, played up the drama of the original fireplaces, and softened spaces for everyday living - when a home has this much soul, our job is simple: don’t compete- just compliment. This one was so much fun to bring to life.

Some spaces can feel tricky at first glance—especially long, open layouts with soaring ceilings like this beautiful Old Fourth Ward home. But with the right approach, those challenges turn into opportunities.

For this stage, we focused on creating distinct zones within the large open space so buyers can clearly see how the home can live and function. Thoughtful furniture placement helped define each area while still allowing the scale and openness of the home to shine.

We also leaned into the personality of the house with a few fun moments along the way — a whimsical bedroom in the dreamiest shade of pink and a moody, color-drenched office that doubles as a flexible multi-use space.

Designing spaces that help buyers imagine how they’ll live in a home is always the goal — and this one was especially fun to bring to life. ✨

Grant Park never disappoints ✨

Between the herringbone floors, original 1920s fireplaces, soaring ceilings, and those dramatic color moments, this home already had incredible character. Our job? Simply add the icing on the cake. We leaned into the mood of each space with layered textures, warm lighting, and thoughtful styling to highlight the architecture and let the drama shine.

When a home is this stunning, staging becomes the fun part—bringing everything together so buyers can immediately picture themselves living in it.

This Marietta home had incredible bones, but it needed the right finishing touches to truly come to life. We leaned into the bold statement built-ins and the color-drenched bedroom and office, layering in texture, warmth, and decorative moments to create balance and visual interest throughout the space. Staging isn’t about overpowering a home’s personality—it’s about highlighting it so buyers can instantly connect with the space.

For this modern farmhouse, we layered natural textures, warm lighting, and colorful florals to bring a sense of warmth and life into every space. Soft textiles, greenery, and seasonal blooms help create that welcoming feeling buyers are drawn to the moment they walk through the door.

Staging isn’t just about furniture — it’s about creating a mood, telling a story, and helping buyers picture life in the home. And with spring in the air, bringing the outdoors in felt like the perfect finishing touch. ✨

We had some fun with this modern home, leaning into bold choices and statement pieces. This moody bedroom feels dramatic, cozy, and luxe - a room you can imagine yourself unwinding in. And because no modern dream home is complete without a movie theater room, we styled this space complete with a fully stocked bar setup for the ultimate night in!

You say cottagecore, we say how high. 🏡 ✨ We fully leaned into the style of this 120+ year old home letting the whitewashed floors, historic fireplaces, and original character lead the way. Cozy layered moments and timeless details give that lived-in feeling that buyers will fall in love with!
