Hi Folks; if you didn't know, Stone Gate tries to collaborate with many local realtors. We like to connect with realtors and other folks who have property rentals in the area because IF we can't find you a place to call home then we really try to refer you.
When we have furnished, temporary rentals on lakes; the realtors often like to know because right now the housing market is HOT, on fire! So, folks are selling and not finding exactly what they are seeking so they opt to stay in a furnished home.
Win-win=networking, working together within Newaygo County to find people homes.

Yes, we do this.............then review the application and ask more questions and call references...................show the place and obtain more information. Offer the place and we do STOP in and check on each rental unit. IF we see the grass too high or a be**er car sitting way too long......................WE make sure it is taken care.

Please share with me some of your telephone pre-screening questions? (pre-screening before you set an appointment to show the property.)
