We hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!

While we are running around doing our errands, keeping up on chores, and doing that fun thing we loathe, laundry; We might suggest checking those lovely machines.

Checking our washer for leaks or cracked hoses can help prevent issues before they become larger problems. The rubber hoses that connect the hot and cold water tens to dry out over time, especially where they connect to the water and the spigots in the back.

The dryer is an essential one to check. The hose that connects the dryer to the outside vent can become coated in lint that the dryer doesn’t catch. That caught lint can create a fire internally that we don’t know about until it’s too late. Cleaning the hose can be super simple. If there are too many curves sometimes simply replacing the hose is the easiest option.

If there is any cause for concern it is just as easy to call an appliance repair company to come and check these things.

Hey everyone!!

With all the weather lately we thought it might be a good reminder that we here at Jorna Taylor Property Services are happy to be of service for Snowbird Property Watching.

Happy Friday!!

We wanted to start the weekend out right by suggesting that everyone (home owners & tenants alike) take a moment to check out your roofs.

With all this rain, it’s easy to spot any small issues that could potentially make a larger issue. Any signs of discoloration or stress is a chance to catch a problem before a huge leak. Any over hangs could be checked for potential dry rot. Taking a glance at siding can show early signs of needing new paint or a small replacement.

Catching problems early is the best way to prevent having major issues later.
