I was born and raised right here in Southern Oregon, and the older I get, the more I appreciate the way of life I grew up around.

People who work with their hands. Grow things. Raise animals. Build things. Fix things. Hunt. Create. Help their neighbors. Raise their babies with some dirt under their fingernails.

Maybe that’s part of why I love selling rural property so much. It’s never just acreage or a house to me. There’s something special about having a little piece of ground that’s yours — a place to build a life, raise a family, and depend on yourself a little more.

I love progress. But I hope we never lose this part of Southern Oregon. 🤎

The older I get, the more I realize these are the roots I want to hold onto — and pass down.

Summer, you were good to us. ☀️

Lots of work, lots of family, birthdays, lake days, Jeep days, late nights, good food, good people and a whole lot of memories packed into a few short months.

But I’ll be honest…

I am READY for fall. 😂🍂

Give me cold mornings, gloomy skies, sweatshirts, crockpot dinners, football, changing leaves and that first day you can finally smell rain outside. I want ALL OF IT.

I’ve loved Jimmy’s since I was little. We used to go there with the hot rods all the time, so it’s got that nostalgic hold on me that I just can’t shake. Pun absolutely intended. 😂

When the Hoadley’s took it over last year, they brought all of that nostalgia right back — good food, great service, and the kind of place you just WANT to pull into. 🤌🏼

JUST SOLD 🏡 | FIRST HOME!

Starting Monday off with an easy one… because real estate doesn’t always give us those. 😂☕️

An old coworker reached out to tell me her son and his wife were ready to buy their first home. The first house they wanted to see sold before we could get there while one of them was out working wildfire — but apparently that just wasn’t the one.

Because then this one slid right into the DM. Har har. 😏

And from there? Smooth sailing. The seller needed a quick close for a 1031, my buyers were ready to make it happen, repairs were handled, negotiations were easy, and we got 👏 it 👏 done.

I love when first-time buyers get to walk away from their first transaction thinking, “Wait… that wasn’t so bad.” 😂

Congrats to these two on their very first set of keys! 🔑🤍
