I've been sitting on this one since the beginning of the year.

Steam Distillery and Diamond House BBQ — under one roof, downtown Grants Pass.

I've known Scott at Steam for years. I met Billy at Diamond House more recently — spent time with him and his family, and it didn't take long to know he's genuine.

Two good people who needed to be in the same building. The first location fell through, so we found a better one.

Here's the part nobody tells you about this job: sometimes it isn't a transaction at all. Sometimes it's introducing two good people and getting out of the way.

BBQ and bourbon on H Street. This is only the start of what they're building.

SPECIAL THANKS TO THE RUCKUS REBELS 🖤

Every event has a group that shows up before the sun does and stays long after the lights go down. For Cruise the Rogue, that was the Ruckus Rebels.

When we first started reaching out to car clubs about this whole crazy idea, the Ruckus Rebels came to the table without hesitation. No conditions, no wait-and-see — just "how can we help?" They gave us insight when we needed it. They believed in it when it was still only a vision. And when it came time to do the work, they were there — 4:30 in the morning for load-in, in full force at every steering meeting and every volunteer meeting, first to grab a volunteer shirt and, more often than not, the last ones to leave.

And look at who they are: restored classics, rat rods, lowriders — every corner of car culture under one banner. That's not a coincidence. That's the whole point. The Ruckus Rebels are living proof of what Cruise the Rogue was built to be — a place where every build, and every builder, belongs.

Main Street Grants Pass isn't a car club, and we never want to be one. What we want is to support this community however we can, and to build something every club can be proud to stand behind. The door is open. All clubs are welcome — and we hope more of you join us in the years ahead.

To the Ruckus Rebels: thank you. You didn't just show up. You set the standard.

THANK YOU TO THE GRANTS PASS HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND & COLOR GUARD 💙

Some of the hardest-working people at Cruise the Rogue never stood on a stage or crossed a finish line. They were the ones you might not have even noticed — and that's exactly what made them extraordinary.

All weekend long, the students of the Grants Pass High School Marching Band & Color Guard, along with their parents and booster club, were behind the scenes making it all work. Setting up. Tearing down. Filling every gap. Quietly, without being asked, and without needing the credit.

They also stepped up as servers for our charity dinner, taking care of 100 guests with a level of professionalism and poise that turned heads. Every one of them represented their school, their program, and their families with real character — and they did it while raising money for their upcoming trip to Japan.

That's the kind of community we're proud to stand alongside. These kids gave their entire weekend to help us pull off something special, and Cruise the Rogue simply doesn't happen without them.

To the students, the parents, the boosters, and the directors of the GPHS Marching Band & Color Guard — thank you. You made us proud, and we hope your trip to Japan is everything you've worked for.
