Peggy worked in the Columbus, Ohio area for over 17 years and held positions as Vice-President and then President of a local company. She was licensed in Minnesota and she was in the top 5% of the sales agents in the Twin Cities where there were over 4,000 sales agents. She is also currently

a real estate broker in North and South Carolina. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Our expertise has been in real estate sales, hiring and training other agents, appraisal, property management, new construction, interior decorating for builders, and consulting. We have earned the reputation of being able to sell even the most difficult properties. Peggy received a Gold Seal award from the Ohio State Senate naming her “One of Ohio’s Finest Citizens” for her high achievements in real estate in the State of Ohio.”- Michael and Peggy Maxson

I have been in the real estate industry full time for over 40 years and have listed and sold numerous properties. I worked in the Columbus, Ohio area for over 17 years and held positions as Vice-President and then President of a local company. I am also currently a real estate broker in North and South Carolina. I have been a broker in North Carolina since 1985. I have been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1996 and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) since 1995. My expertise has been in real estate sales, hiring and training other agents, appraisal, property management, new construction, interior decorating for builders, and consulting. I have earned the reputation of being able to sell even the most difficult properties.
