1. Creekwood West (Grapevine TX)
Walking distance to Historic Main Street and minutes from Grapevine Lake. Homes 2,400 to 3,100 square feet in the mid $500s. GCISD schools.

2. Placid Peninsula (Grapevine TX)
Right on the edge of Grapevine Lake with generous lots and 1 of the most underrated locations in the DFW suburbs. Entry point mid $400s.

3. Ross Downs (Colleyville TX)
Custom built homes on lots up to half an acre with Kimzey Park and a fishing pond at the center of the neighborhood. Homes 2,600 to 4,300 square feet starting in the mid $700s. GCISD schools.

4. Timarron (Southlake TX)
