I lead agent recruiting, marketing, lead distribution & agent production. Switching careers isn’t easy, however my love for real estate, helping clients buy and sell, made it an easy choice. 2 years ago I stepped into this amazing career and partnered with an incredible agency. Keller Williams is a leader in the real estate market, with 1 out of every 5 transactions in the USA in 2022 being handled by a KW agent. With 25+ years of experience in multi-unit management, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry. My extensive background in providing exceptional customer service has taught me the importance of building strong relationships with my clients, understanding their needs and working hard to exceed their expectations. In the fast-paced world of real estate, having strong management skills can also be incredibly valuable. As a realtor, I am responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and everything in between. My ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities and stay organized is essential to my success in helping my clients reach their goals of buying and selling. As the real estate market continues to evolve, it's becoming increasingly important to stay ahead of the trends and embrace new technologies. With my experience in customer service and management, I am well-equipped to adapt and thrive in this changing landscape. By leveraging tools like data analytics and social media marketing, I can gain a competitive edge and provide even greater value to my clients. Overall, my combination of real estate expertise, customer service skills and multi-unit management experience give me an edge in the industry. By continuing to learn, grow and adapt, I am looking forward to helping my clients reach all of their real estate goals.
