I love when a homebuying story comes together like this. 🏡✨

These buyers came to us through a referral from Holly Fyfe, and what started as a “maybe sometime down the road” conversation turned into finding the right home much sooner than expected.

With a great team working together, they were able to negotiate a strong deal, take advantage of seller concessions, and even receive money back at closing.

Those are the kinds of wins that make this job so fun.

Loved getting to spend some time with the Mindset Realty crew learning, sharing ideas and talking about ways technology can help real estate professionals work smarter and better serve their clients.

There is a lot of noise around AI right now, but I think the best conversations are the practical ones: How can we use these tools to save time, communicate better and create a better experience for the people we serve?

Last month, I got to spend Impact Day alongside some incredible teammates, giving back right here in DFW. 💚

We helped assemble 600 bags for children receiving care at Children’s Health Plano, and it was such a good reminder that some of the most meaningful work we do has nothing to do with closings, numbers or production.

It is about people.

Grateful for the chance to step away from the day-to-day, serve our community and be part of something bigger than ourselves. 💚

And honestly, I think those are the days that stick with you the longest.
