This forecast tells me 2023 will be very lucrative - but only for those who employ good fundamentals:
* Only buy at the right price: with inventory up, and year-to-year sales slowing, I am already finding more off-market properties that are a smart, money-making investment.
* Do a well-planned, high-quality renovation, with an itemized budget.
* Actively manage every aspect of the project, from purchase to disposition, including adherence to a strict time-line. This is only possible with strong relationships with all trades, and decades of project management experience.
Overall, the Dallas-Fort Worth Real Estate market is holding strong, and is predicted to show a "normal" level of growth in 2023. Nicely remodeled and updated homes are especially selling quickly in this area, and we at Bridlewood Homes LLC look forward to a prosperous 2023. Happy Investing.
